Health & Fitness for Life

All of our members (ages 10 and older) get two fitness coaching sessions FREE with membership! Our fitness coaches will take you through a series of health assessments which include determining your:

  • Goals
  • Blood pressure
  • Resting heart rate
  • Percentage of body fat (16 and older)
  • Cardiovascular fitness
  • Muscle strength
  • Muscle endurance
  • Flexibility
