Fitness Orientation sessions lay a strong foundation as you begin your fitness or wellness journey. Let us help you plan and strategize your SMART goals (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, and Time-sensitive).

When you sign up, a fitness staff member will take you through a brief health history that includes a discussion about heart rate and body composition. We’ll then listen to your goals, help strategize a plan of action, and discuss which programs and services are the best fit for you.
