Let us help you plan and strategize your SMART goals (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, and Time-sensitive).

When you sign up, a fitness staff member will take you through a brief health history that includes a discussion about heart rate and body composition. We’ll then listen to your goals, help strategize a plan of action, and discuss which programs and services are the best fit for you. We’ll also get you oriented with our great cardio and weight equipment and any part of the Y you’d like to learn about! Learn more about the benefits of fitness coaching.
