Our very own Cathy Elness, Healthy Living Director, is one of the stars in the 2024 Dancing With Our Stars Live event, presented by The Women's Fund of Central Minnesota Community Foundation! This event features a dance competition between six local celebrities and their professional partners for a chance to win up to $15,000 for the non-profit program/organization of their choice that supports women and girls.

Safety Around Water
Safety Around Water (SAW) is a swimming instruction and water safety program for 2nd Grade students in St. Cloud Area School District 742. The program is free for students thanks to the generous support of sponsors and donors.
Drowning is the second leading cause of death and injury among children ages 1-14 in Minnesota. According to the USA Swimming Foundation, 79% of children in homes with incomes less than $50,000 have little-to-no swimming ability due to limited access to quality swim instruction. This was the motivation to launch this program in the St. Cloud community and equip kids with the tools they need to be confident and safe around water.
