Coming February 2025
Take control of your diabetes with our year-long program designed to empower you every step of the way. Whether you’re newly diagnosed or seeking to enhance your current management, our program provides support through a dynamic blend of physical activity, nutrition strategies, stress management, and more.
For the first 6 months, engage with our weekly sessions that offer personalized guidance on integrating physical activity into your routine, mastering diabetes-friendly nutrition, and managing stress effectively. After those initial 6 months, enjoy the flexibility of monthly sessions that continue to reinforce and build upon these essential skills, ensuring sustained progress and long-term success.

- Managing your own stress
- Keeping motivated in your journey
Tuesdays,
starting February 4
Time: 5:30 – 6:30 pm
$90 – members | $135 – Non-members
Thursdays,
starting February 6
Time: 8:00 – 9:00 am
$90 – members | $135 – Non-members
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years old and have one of the following:
- A clinical diagnosis of Diabetes
- A diagnosis of prediabetes with a completion of the qualifying risk score
- A blood value test (A1c or a plasma glucose test)
- A qualifying risk score (complete with the Lifestyle Coach at the YMCA)
