Circuit X-Press

Total Body Resistance workout tapping into multiple energy systems to build strength and endurance while you burn calories. Circuit Xpress is set up to get the most bang for your buck! Workouts include bodyweight resistance, dumbbells, kettlebell, medicine balls and more! All levels welcome! This offering is a great complement to our Rowing X-press Class!
