Get the most out of your YMCA membership and achieve your health and wellness goals. The Jump Start Card is your invitation to get active and get rewarded!

All YMCA members are invited to participate. Visit the front desk to request your Jump Start Card today! New members will receive a card in their New Member Packet. 

How It Works

The Jump Start Card is valid for 90 days from the start date written on the back of the card. Ask a YMCA staff member to initial a spot after completion of each activity. Visit the front desk when you complete 2 spaces and 4 spaces to receive Y swag. Complete 8 spaces for your choice of a YMCA bag (multiple styles available). The more you try at the Y, the more rewards you can claim!

Fitness Orientation

Our Fitness Coaches listen to your goals, help strategize a plan of action, and get you oriented with the programs and fitness equipment that best meet your needs. Sessions are one hour and are free for members!

Water Ex/Lap Pool

Take a look at the Group Exercise Schedule to find an aquatics class that's right for you. The 8-lane lap pool is also open for lap swim during select hours each day.

The Y has 80+ pieces of cardiovascular equipment in the fitness center. From treadmills and ellipticals to stair climbers and rowing machines, you’ll find what you need to get your heart pumping.


The Y has a large collection of free weights and 45+ pieces of strength training equipment. Be sure to schedule a Fitness Orientation to learn more about all the equipment and get the most out of your strength training.

Rock Wall

Take your fitness to new heights on the 1,550 square foot indoor climbing wall. The Y offers an Auto-Belay Qualification Class and climbing camps throughout the year.

Basketball, pickleball, and racquetball! The Y has two racquetball courts and three gyms for basketball and pickleball. See the Schedule for open gym times for basketball. Reservations required for racquetball and pickleball.
