FIRE UP YOUR FITNESS!

Join us for boot camp! No choreography, no dancing, no messin’ around! Our certified Personal Trainers will motivate and guide participants through this fun and challenging workout to improve your strength and endurance. Boot Camp will include a mix of cardio and strength using body weight, kettle bells, medicine balls, dumbbells and more! Beginner and experienced boot campers welcome. MYZONE BOOT CAMP

We’re taking your Boot Camp experience to the next level! This summer Boot Camp offering will blend what you love and expect from this high intensity training and combine it with Myzone technology. OUTDOOR BOOT CAMP

June 6 - July 29

Tuesdays & Thursdays: 5:45 AM

Take it outside! Fresh air, green grass, sunshine & sweat. What a way to start your day! Lose body fat, increase cardiovascular efficiency, and increase strength while building comradery and teamwork. This summer, our certified personal trainers will test your limits with our special seasonal boot camp unlike any other in the area. Movements and drills include but are not limited to TRX, medicine ball work, kettlebell training and much much more!

Tips + Preparation

  • New to class? Arrive a little early so our instructor can give you some pointers.
  • Prepare to sweat.
  • Come to class dressed and ready to move your body.
  • Wear loose-fitting, comfortable clothing made of breathable material to allow air flow.
  • Wear proper gym shoes, with a comfortable fit, and good stability.
  • Bring water and a towel.
