Bring the Heat… Lose the Inches!

No choreography, no dancing, no messin’ around! Our certified Personal Trainers will motivate and guide participants through this fun program. Boot Camp will include a mix of cardio and strength using body weight, kettle bells, medicine balls, battle ropes and more! Beginner and experienced boot campers welcome! Come to as may or as few sessions as you’d like!


 

Focus Fit Boot Camp

This summer, join us outside or online! We will have both in-person and virtual options for Boot Camp: Join us for focused fitness training with a variety of strength and cardio challenges!

Program Dates: June 1 – August 14
Cost: $120 Members – $140 non-members
10 week session, that is $12 per week!
Participants need to sign up to reserve a spot in the session preferred. Spots are limited!
Each session is at a specific time of the day. Sessions are:
5:45 a.m.: M – F
Noon: M/W/F
5:30 p.m.: M – TH

Virtual only option:
Workout from home! Get all workouts sent by email and a video demo of the exercises daily.
Cost: $60 members – $80 non-members
10 week session, that is $6 per week!
