As a member benefit, the Y has created an online reservation system for the Lap Pool, Rec Pool, Group Exercise (includes land and water), Open Gym, Kids Programs, and Water Exercise. Walk-ins will only be available if a class or area of the facility is NOT at maximum attendance. Reservations will still be required upon arrival.

Please note: All participants must adhere to the reservation policy or they will be asked to leave the program requiring reservations. All code of conduct expectations apply.

Gym Reservation

Looking to use the gym?

  1. Reservations end at the assigned time, regardless of what time you arrive.
  2. Reservations will close 1 hour before the reservation time begins on the app/online.
  3. Reservations are 1 hour in length which start at the top of each hour. Limit 1 time block per day per person. 15 and older can make the reservation.
  4. Reservations are required for each participant in the gym.
  5. Six people per ½ court at a time.
  6. Reservations can be made at the YMCA within 30 minutes of reservation time.
  7. Walk-ins will be allowed if space is available.
  8. If no one is present 10 minutes into the session, the reservation will be forfeited and anyone waiting can use the space.
  9. Parent and/or legal guardian to make the reservation online.

Rock Wall Reservation

  1. Reservations end at the assigned time, regardless of what time you arrive.
  2. Reservations will close 1 hour before the reservation time begins on the app/online.
  3. Reservations are 45 minutes in length which start at the top of each hour. Limit 1 time block per day per person. 15 and older can make the reservation.
  4. Reservations are required for each participant on the wall.
  5. Only 4 people allowed in the rock wall area at a time.
  6. Reservations can be made at the YMCA within 30 minutes of reservation time.
  7. Walk-ins will be allowed if space is available.
  8. If no one is present 10 minutes into the session, the reservation will be forfeited and anyone waiting can use the space.
  9. Parent and/or legal guardian to make the reservation online if participant is under 15 years old.
  10. The wall is staffed on Wednesdays from 5-7 p.m. and Sundays from 12-2 p.m.
  11. When the wall is staffed, only the auto-belays will be available.  If climbers would like to use the top ropes, they must come in during non-staffed times and be belay qualified.

Group and Water Exercise Classes Reservation

Starting Jan 4th. 1 reservation per day.

  1. Members can attend a variety of free fitness classes, including strength, cardio, cycle, yoga, and water exercise.
  2. Reservations are required for all land and water classes. You can make a reservation up until the start of the class either online or at the front desk and no more than 72 hours in advance.
  3. Members with reservations should arrive at least 5 minutes before the start of class, or the spot may be given to a waitlist participant.
  4. If you need to cancel your reservation, you need to do so 2 hours before the class starts to allow time for a waitlist participant to get to the class.
  5. Classes vary by discipline and ability to stream.
  6. 9 foot physical distancing between participants and instructor.

To register for Studio A, B, Cycle or Water Exercise Classes:

  1. Look through the list of classes, click the “Sign Up” link to the right of the class you’d like to register for.
  2. If this is your first class, you’ll need to create an account in Group Ex Pro, our Group Exercise Scheduling tool (choose “Create a Login” from the choices at the top of the pop-up box.)
  3. You’ll be prompted to login to Group Ex Pro (even if you just created your account)
  4. Then click “Reserve a Spot”
  5. You’re all set! You’ll receive a confirmation email at the email address you used to log into Group Ex Pro.

Lap Swim Reservation

  1. Limit 1 time block per day per person.
  2. Reservations end at the assigned time, regardless of what time you arrive.
  3. Reservations will close 1 hour before the reservation time begins on the app/online.
  4. Lap Pool – one lap swimmer per lane per time slot, unless members of the same household.
  5. Lanes will be cleared at the end of reservations time slots.
  6. If no one is present 20 minutes into the session, the reservation will be forfeited and anyone waiting can use the space.
  7. Your workout session begins at the start of the reservation hour and is 60 minutes in length based on pool schedules.
  8. You must exit the pool when the time slot has ended.
  9. Review all Aquatics procedures.
  10. Equipment is available.

Lap Swim: Individual lap swim exercise. Must be 15 years old or older.

Adult Exercise: Individual exercise. Must be 15 years old or older.

Open Swim (Family Pool): no reservation required.

Racquetball Reservation

  1. Reservations end at the assigned time, regardless of what time you arrive.
  2. Reservations will close 1 hour before the reservation time begins on the app/online.
  3. Reservations are 30 minutes in length which start at the top of each hour. Limit 2 time blocks (1 hour) per day per person. 15 and older can make the reservation.
  4. Reservations are required for each participant in the court.
  5. Four person limit per court.
  6. Reservations can be made at the YMCA within 30 minutes of reservation time.
  7. Walk-ins will be allowed if space is available.
  8. If no one is present 10 minutes into the session, the reservation will be forfeited and anyone waiting can use the space.
  9. Parent and/or legal guardian to make the reservation online.
  10. Equipment is available for check-out at the Membership Desk.
