INTRO TO STRENGTH TRAINING

A perfect option for those new to fitness or just getting back at it. This 6 week class was created to teach participants proper form and mechanics while in the weightroom. Designed with various training methods like traditional strength training, metabolic conditioning, recovery methods, and/or mixed modalities which use anything from body weight to dumbbells to cardio equipment.
