
5k/Half Marathon Training Program
The 5k/Half Marathon Training Program is an 11-week program designed to support runners of all experience levels in achieving their personal fitness goals, whether that is completing a 5K or half marathon.
Participants will receive individualized training programs tailored to your current fitness level, running experience, and goals. To optimize your training, instructor led strength and conditioning sessions will help to improve strength, endurance, and reduce risk of injury.

Cost
Participant Fee: $250 per person This fee includes:
- 11-week individualized running and strength training program design
- Initial consultation and goal assessment
- Two, instructor led cross training workouts each week
- Ongoing performance tracking and program updates
- Group run coordination and coaching guidance
Cross Training Session Options
Morning Sessions - Monday and Wednesday - 5:30-6:30 AM
&
Evening Sessions - Monday and Wednesday - 5:30-6:30 PM
