For ages 12-18 years, this program is for all athlete levels and abilities!
Young athletes can expect to work and train on speed, agility and power, resistance training, proprioception training and understanding bio-mechanics using a wide variety of training equipment such as speed ladders, mini hurdles, weights, medicine balls, jump ropes and more.
June 5th – August 2nd (no program week of July 4th)
