Make the most of the off-season and join us for Build a Better Athlete. 90 minute sessions, twice a week, building strength, speed, agility, and so much more.

Athletes will work directly with strength and conditioning experts and have access to a wide variety of training equipment, including speed ladders, mini hurdles, weights, medicine balls, jump ropes, and more.

June 7 – August 5

Mondays & Wednesdays or Tuesdays & Thursdays

  • 8-9:30 a.m.
  • 10-11:30 a.m.
  • 1-2:30 p.m.

11-18 (athletes will be separated in age groups as needed)


Members: $225 | Non-Members: $245

  • Small Group Training

    Already have a small group and looking to work with your friends on similar goals? Group training is tailored for 3-5 athletes. Workouts will be led by a Y trainer and include specific programming to fit your group’s needs.
