Build a Better Athlete
Young athletes will gather outside at the St. Cloud Area Family YMCA to work and train on speed, agility and power, resistance training, proprioception training and understanding of bio-mechanics using a wide variety of training equipment such as speed ladders, mini hurdles, weights, medicine balls, jump ropes and more. Athletes will also attend a presentation by one of Lifestyle Health’s dietitians to discuss the importance of proper fueling for athletics.
