Build a Better Athlete

Young athletes can expect to work and train on speed, agility and power, resistance training, proprioception training and understanding of bio-mechanics using a wide variety of training equipment such as speed ladders, mini hurdles, weights, medicine balls, jump ropes and more.  Athletes will also attend a presentation by one of Lifestyle Health’s dietitians to discuss the importance of proper fueling for athletics.  

Build a Better Athlete – Elite! 

Young athletes get all of the benefits of the Build a Better Athlete training, with additional gait analysis by an exercise physiologist!  Help your young athlete be the best they can be by using advanced technology to video specific movements to pinpoint how we can train them to be the best they can be – injury free.
