Build a Better Athlete
Young athletes can expect to work and train on speed, agility and power, resistance training, proprioception training and understanding of bio-mechanics using a wide variety of training equipment such as speed ladders, mini hurdles, weights, medicine balls, jump ropes and more. Athletes will also attend a presentation by one of Lifestyle Health’s dietitians to discuss the importance of proper fueling for athletics.
Small Group Training
Already have a small group and looking to work with your friends on similar goals? Group training is tailored for 3-5 athletes, workouts will be led by a Y trainer with specific programming to fit your group’s needs.
