Your Spot
As a member benefit, the Y has created an online reservation system for the Lap Pool, Group Exercise (includes land and water), Open Gym, Kids Programs, and Water Exercise. Walk-ins will only be available if a class or area of the facility is NOT at maximum attendance. Reservations will still be required upon arrival.
Please note: All participants must adhere to the reservation policy or they will be asked to leave the program requiring reservations. All code of conduct expectations apply.
Rock Wall Reservation
- Reservations end at the assigned time, regardless of what time you arrive.
- Reservations will close 1 hour before the reservation time begins on the app/online.
- Reservations are 45 minutes in length which start at the top of each hour. Limit 1 time block per day per person. 15 and older can make the reservation.
- Reservations are required for each participant on the wall.
- Only 4 people allowed in the rock wall area at a time.
- Reservations can be made at the YMCA within 30 minutes of reservation time.
- Walk-ins will be allowed if space is available.
- If no one is present 10 minutes into the session, the reservation will be forfeited and anyone waiting can use the space.
- Parent and/or legal guardian to make the reservation online if participant is under 15 years old.
- The wall is staffed on Wednesdays from 5-7 p.m. and Sundays from 12-2 p.m.
- When the wall is staffed, only the auto-belays will be available. If climbers would like to use the top ropes, they must come in during non-staffed times and be belay qualified.
Group and Water Exercise Classes Reservation
Starting Jan 4th. 1 reservation per day.
- Members can attend a variety of free fitness classes, including strength, cardio, cycle, yoga, and water exercise.
- Reservations are required for all land and water classes. You can make a reservation up until the start of the class either online or at the front desk and no more than 72 hours in advance.
- Members with reservations should arrive at least 5 minutes before the start of class, or the spot may be given to a waitlist participant.
- If you need to cancel your reservation, you need to do so 2 hours before the class starts to allow time for a waitlist participant to get to the class.
- Classes vary by discipline and ability to stream.
- 9 foot physical distancing between participants and instructor.
To register for Studio A, B, Cycle or Water Exercise Classes:
- Look through the list of classes, click the “Sign Up” link to the right of the class you’d like to register for.
- If this is your first class, you’ll need to create an account in Group Ex Pro, our Group Exercise Scheduling tool (choose “Create a Login” from the choices at the top of the pop-up box.)
- You’ll be prompted to login to Group Ex Pro (even if you just created your account)
- Then click “Reserve a Spot”
- You’re all set! You’ll receive a confirmation email at the email address you used to log into Group Ex Pro.
Lap Swim Reservation
- Limit 1 time block per day per person.
- Reservations end at the assigned time, regardless of what time you arrive.
- Reservations will close 1 hour before the reservation time begins on the app/online.
- Lap Pool – one lap swimmer per lane per time slot, unless members of the same household.
- Lanes will be cleared at the end of reservations time slots.
- If no one is present 20 minutes into the session, the reservation will be forfeited and anyone waiting can use the space.
- Your workout session begins at the start of the reservation hour and is 60 minutes in length based on pool schedules.
- You must exit the pool when the time slot has ended.
- Review all Aquatics procedures.
- Equipment is available.
Lap Swim: Individual lap swim exercise. Must be 10 years old or older.
Adult Exercise: Individual exercise. Must be 15 years old or older.
Open Swim (Family Pool): No reservation required. Please visit the Schedules page to view the current Family Pool Schedule for open swim times.
Racquetball Reservation
- Reservations end at the assigned time, regardless of what time you arrive.
- Reservations will close 1 hour before the reservation time begins on the app/online.
- Reservations are 30 minutes in length which start at the top of each hour. Limit 2 time blocks (1 hour) per day per person. 15 and older can make the reservation.
- Reservations are required for each participant in the court.
- Four person limit per court.
- Reservations can be made at the YMCA within 30 minutes of reservation time.
- Walk-ins will be allowed if space is available.
- If no one is present 10 minutes into the session, the reservation will be forfeited and anyone waiting can use the space.
- Parent and/or legal guardian to make the reservation online.
- Equipment is available for check-out at the Membership Desk.
- Reservations end at the assigned time, regardless of what time you arrive.

- Reservations are 1 hour in length which start at the top of each hour. Limit 1 time block per day per person. 18 and older can make the reservation.
