As a member benefit, reservations are available for Group Exercise Classes, pickleball courts, Rock Wall, and racquetball courts. Walk-ins are permitted if a class or area of the facility is NOT at maximum attendance. If you're interested in registering for a program or event, please visit the Program Catalog.

Please note: All participants must adhere to the reservation policy or they will be asked to leave the area requiring reservations. All code of conduct expectations apply.

Group Exercise Class Reservation

  1. YMCA members can attend a variety of free fitness classes, including strength, cardio, cycle, yoga, and water exercise.
  2. Reservations are required for all land and water classes. You can make a reservation up until the start of the class either online or at the front desk and no more than 72 hours in advance.
  3. Members with reservations should arrive at least 5 minutes before the start of class, or the spot may be given to a waitlist participant.
  4. If you need to cancel your reservation, you need to do so 2 hours before the class starts to allow time for a waitlist participant to get to the class.

To make a reservation:

  1. Look through the list of classes, click the “Sign Up” link to the right of the class you’d like to register for.
  2. If this is your first class, you’ll need to create an account in Group Ex Pro, our Group Exercise Scheduling tool. Choose “Create a Login” from the choices at the top of the pop-up box.
  3. You’ll be prompted to login to Group Ex Pro (even if you just created your account).
  4. Then click “Reserve a Spot.”
  5. You’re all set! You’ll receive a confirmation email at the email address you used to log into Group Ex Pro.
