Our program is designed to enhance key athletic abilities, helping you reach your peak performance. Whether you’re preparing for your next season or staying in top form, this program will help to elevate your game. Join us and make your offseason count.

Choose from:

Private 1:1 training

Individualized training that is specific to your sport. Start anytime and train around your schedule.

Cost:
 - Member: $56 - $62 per session
 - Non-member: Cost upon request


Small Group Training

MUST provide your own group of 2-5 athletes. 8-week program beginning in June.

Cost:
2 sessions per week:
 - Member: $225
 - Non-Member: $250

3 Sessions per week:
 - Member: $300
 - Non-Member: $325
