When I joined the YMCA in April of 2024, I was very overweight and hadn’t worked out in over 10 years so I was very intimidated. I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable I was with the atmosphere and the feeling of no judgment from others. As of today, through my hard work and inspiration from others, I have lost 115 pounds and consider the YMCA a way of life and I couldn’t imagine my life without it! Thanks YMCA and all the staff!
