One thing I really love about the YMCA is that it’s open to everyone. It feels welcoming, and I feel comfortable every time I’m here especially in the morning. I usually come between 5:35 AM and 6:00 AM, Monday through Saturday. I’ve taken so many classes, including TRX Core, Cycle/Stretch, Muscle Pump, Zumba, Swimming, Deep Water Fitness, Pilates, and Bootcamp. I want to take even more classes in the future. I’m excited to try different classes like Step Interval and H.I.I.T.
