TUESDAY, June 16

Join the St. Cloud YMCA and Gary Block Tours for lunch and show put on by DayTrippers Dinner Theater at the Scottish Rite Theatre in Minneapolis. 

  • 10:15 a.m. – Depart the Y on North Star motor coach
  • 11:00 a.m. –  Lunch
  • 1:00 p.m. –  Showtime
  • 5:30 p.m. – Approximate return time

Cost: $104

Research shows that 2.5 hours/week of moderate-intensity aerobic activity can prevent many of the health problems that develop with age. For our senior members, that means

VISITING THE Y AT LEAST 2 DAYS/WEEK.

During each visit to the Y, ask a staff member to date and initial a spot on the card. After 8 visits in a month, submit the card for a chance to win Y apparel or a gift card to a local business!
