This beginner-friendly boxing class introduces foundational boxing techniques while building overall conditioning and confidence. Participants will practice light-contact drills focused on form, movement, and fitness in a safe, supportive environment. No sparring is included, making this class ideal for those new to boxing or looking for a low-contact workout.
