For ages 10-17 years, this program is for all athlete levels and abilities! In this 8-week session, athletes will meet two days per week for 60 minutes per class.
Young athletes can expect to work and train on speed, agility and power, resistance training, proprioception training and understanding bio-mechanics using a wide variety of training equipment such as speed ladders, mini hurdles, weights, medicine balls, jump ropes and more.
June 12th-August 10th (no classes the week of the 4th of July!)
