A Brand-New Training Program

for young athletes to build skill in speed and endurance – great for any sport! Your YMCA coach will develop two workouts a week for the athlete; one to work on speed skills through interval and tempo training, and one to build your endurance so you can play longer, better, and faster.

Who is it for:

Any athlete aged 11-18, with age groups broken down to 11-13 and 14-18


June 4th – August 1st (no meetings week of July 4th)

Mondays & Wednesdays

Ages 14-18: 8:00am-9:00am

Ages 11-13: 9:00am-10:00am


YMCA – we will be utilizing the facility indoors as well as outdoor training as weather permits
