The Rock Your Sole Trail Run is the third race in the Bernick's Family Fitness Series. Our series aims to eliminate cost barriers and provide individuals and families with opportunities to gather and commit to healthy activities throughout the year. This is made possible through our incredible sponsors who believe in the mission and success of this series.<\/p><\/div>

We are back with Central MN’s premier trail race at the Quarry Park and Nature Preserve. The shaded trails and cooling effects of the quarry are the perfect place to run this September!<\/p>\n

The race finish will be hosted at the #11 swimming quarry for a beach celebration, with beverages from Bernick’s!<\/p><\/div>

The El-Jay Plumbing and Heating “Little Rockers” 1K is back for ages 12 and under! Youth shirts included as part of the registration.<\/p><\/div>\"Image\"<\/span>
