The snow won’t last forever. Give your game an edge before the first tee time this Spring.

Improve range of motion in the shoulders and hips, strengthen your core, develop greater torso rotation, and learn how the power of breath can bring focus – all major components of an outstanding swing. Create greater power and distance by working through your neuromuscular, skeletal, and fascial systems. The moving platform of the Reformer challenges balance and stability resulting in optimal efficiency both on and off the course.

This is a beginner course that will introduce the Reformer and focus specifically on increasing mobility, building stability, and improving the overall swing.
Tuesdays, March 1 – April 5

Time: 5 – 6 p.m.

Saturdays, March 5 – April 9

Time: 8 – 9 a.m.


Program is comprised of six small group sessions.
