Want to improve your golf game? Learn how the power of breath can bring focus and connection, improve range of motion in the shoulders and hips, strengthen your core and develop greater torso rotation – all major components of an outstanding swing. Create greater power and distance by working through your neuromuscular, skeletal, and fascial systems. The moving platform of the Reformer challenges balance and stability resulting in optimal efficiency both on and off the course.

This is a beginner course that will introduce the reformer and focus specifically on increasing mobility, building stability and improving the overall swing.


April 5 – May 8

Choose one:

Mondays: 8-9 a.m.

Tuesdays: 5:30-6:30 p.m.

Wednesdays: 6-7 a.m.

Thursdays: 4:30-5:30 p.m.

Saturdays: 9-10 a.m.

5 group sessions and 1 private session. Private session to be completed anytime during the program and will be scheduled with the instructor.
