Meet the Trainer


Kat De Leon

I have worked in the fitness industry for more than 20 years. I got my start first as a Lifeguard/Swim Instructor & Water Fitness Instructor for the US Navy as a DoD civilian then eventually took on the role as the command MWR Fitness Coordinator at Naval Air Station Lemoore. As fitness evolved in that time, I did too. In addition to personal training, my passion lays in Function Fitness, Metabolic Conditioning, Olympic Weightlifting and Powerlifting but, I also teach anything from Aqua Fitness to Yoga for Athletes. I truly enjoy helping my clients and athletes become a better version of themselves by providing education on the importance of functional training and maintaining a well-rounded quality of life, mind-body-soul.
