Join our personal trainers in the month of October for a friendly competition at the Y! Members and guests will be encouraged to complete a challenge provided to them daily, report their results, and try to beat the trainer! The more challenges you complete, the more points you receive. Prizes will be given weekly to those who "beat the trainer" and the top 3 overall winners will receive grand prizes.
Dates: Begins October 2nd! Runs through October 29th

This summer, showcase your commitment to those who served our country by completing 1776 exercise reps over 18 days as part of Team RWB’s 1776 Challenge.
The 1776 Challenge is a functional fitness event for participants of all ability levels.
Complete the challenge at home, at work or join personal trainer Kat de Leon at the St. Cloud Area YMCA on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 11:30 a.m.
*Join us to complete the daily challenge at the Y at 11:30!
