This series will teach you to use dumbbells with good form and work you through major muscle group exercises using dumbbells for resistance. Get more comfortable with basic movements: Pull, Push, Squat, Lunge, Hinge and Rotation. Great way to transition into the Strength Area or Group Fitness classes with confidence.
