5K Training Program

New to running?  This is the program for you!  Designed to get brand new runners in shape for a 5k in six weeks.  A YMCA coach will help you build your endurance through walking and jogging, as well as learn a few strength and cross training techniques so you’ll be able to run 3.1 miles with no worries!  A workout calendar will be provided for you, along with weekly meetings as a team to get you ready for your next 5K!

Training Start Date: July 11th

Training: Wednesdays, 6-7pm
