 Active Older Adults

Today’s seniors are more health conscious than ever. So here at the Y, we’ve made the health and fitness of our seniors a top priority by providing aquatic programs that concentrate on mobility and flexibility: Joints in Motion, Arthritis Exercise, Seniors in Motion and Aquaerobics are just a few of our classes that are especially popular.
