1-0n-1 Training
With personal training, you get a customized fitness program designed just for you and your health goals. The program focuses on any area you want to improve, like overall personal fitness/health, sports, yoga, aquatics, or injuries and rehabilitation. This maximizes your work out time, helps you learn correct form and technique, and provides a variety of workouts to help you increase muscle mass and cardio strength.
MEMBER PRICING
- 30 minutes: 1-11 sessions: $40/session
- 30 minutes: 12+ sessions: $35/session
- 60 minutes: 1-11 sessions: $60/session
- 60 minutes: 12+ sessions: $54/session

Partner Training
Work with a partner and reach your goals together! Single or multiple sessions available for 60-minute appointments.

Group Training
Group training is tailored for 3-5 of your friends so you can tackle your goals together with the support of one of our experienced personal trainers. We work as a group but will also work specifically to each person’s needs and goals.
MEMBER PRICING
- 60 minutes: 1 session/week: $50/month/person
- 60 minutes: 2 sessions/week: $98/month/person

Fitness Training Plans

PRICING
- Members: $225
- Non-members: $250
Personalized Exercise Program packages are designed and created by certified personal trainers to customize your exercise routine without meeting a trainer on a regular basis. These packages consist of 4 workouts per week for 6 weeks. Packages include an initial set up meeting and a pre-routine meeting to review the training plan, show exercises, and review movement patterns if necessary. You receive an exercise program design detailing your weekly workouts including resistance, cardiovascular and recover training. The client & trainer determine one last meeting for the 6 week plan. Some restrictions may apply.
