Y Fitness Boot Camp

Bring the Heat… Lose the Inches!

No choreograhpy, no dancing, no messin’ around! Our certified Personal Trainers will motivate and guide participants through this fun program. Boot Camp will include a mix of cardio and strength using body weight, kettle bells, medicine balls, battle ropes and more! Beginner and experienced boot campers welcome!

Experienced:

Tuesday & Thursday | 6:00PM-6:45PM

NEW: Monday, Wednesday, Friday | 12:00PM-12:45PM

Pricing: 

2 days a week:

  • Members- $100
  • Non Members- $120

3 days a week:

  • Members- $125
